My husband and I recently purchased a new 2011 Jeep Overland Summit from your dealership. Our experience with your staff was excellent. Brian Blymiller was our sales representative. He was very professional in every manner. My husband visited other dealerships prior to yours. He tried to learn as much as he could regarding the Jeeps. However, the end result was that he knew more than the salesmen. This left him very discouraged. Then we met Brian, what a breath of fresh air. He was truly a walking encyclopedia on Jeeps. Brian was able to answer our questions...he understood the foundation of the Jeep. Brian was very polite and courteous. He went out of his way to see that all our need were met. Brian is the reason we purchased our Jeep when we did. We have talked to many people about our experience, especially our experience with Brian. He is a real asset to your dealership.

Dear Corina, I want to bring to your attention the incredibly outstanding way Bob is handling his position as Service Manager for Diehl. On August 26, 2011 my 2008 Kia Sportage which I recently purchased from you, started to make a very loud squealing noise. I pulled into your Service Dept. at 5:45pm and Bob advised me that my brakes were worn. I didn't know what I would do since I recently moved out of the Butler area to Apollo, PA. Bob went above and beyond to see that my vehicle was repaired. He managed to get the brakes and repair my vehicle and at 6:20pm I was on my way. I could not believe how quickly my vehicle was repaired! I have been a long time customer of Diehl's and this is why. Just wanted say that is was nice to met you in person on Friday afternoon, May 13th. My husband bought me the white Yaris and your employees were kind enough to put on the big red bow for a nice surprise. I have to confess I was wondering around the dealership looking for the car as I wanted to see what it looked like and was curious as to where it was!

Also wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with all the effort that Jonathan Smith put into finding the car for us and all the great help he was with the paperwork and all the phone calls he put up with from us. Please also give Rob Singer a special "Thank-You" as he has always been a super guy to work with! (Since 1990 when we bought our first Jeep)!
