At Body By Design Pittsburgh, we use trigger point therapy to treat people who suffer from muscular pain, including headaches and migraines, back and shoulder pain.  We also offer various therapeutic massages.

Heather Wimbish recently opened Body By Design at 6000 Babcock Blvd. in the North Hills. Heather also served as an officer on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists. Fully insured, Heather will help you reach your goal of recovery from pain and postural dysfunction. This will be achieved through systematic and comprehensive use of a variety of soft tissue manipulation techniques. Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy draws from the techniques of a variety of health and wellness disciplines.

Heather L. Wimbish, BA, MT, MTPT (Massage Therapist and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist) received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Geneva College in 2003 and graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Pain Management in 2005. Since graduation she has been treating pain and increasing the range of motion in patients from her home, at Bailey Chiropractic, at Island Breeze Image Studio, and then at Chaneys Natural Health and Wellness.
