Missy Smeltz, our owner, after getting her BS in Interior Design, from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and spending the next ten years working for clients through out Western Pennsylvania, realized one important fact: With everything else going on, people needed a one stop solution for their home decoration, from window treatments, to art work choices, custom framing and interior design. Thus Art & Frame Gallery was born.
With her partner, Pat Homer, and their 35 years of combined experience in Interior Design, they created Art & Frame Gallery to be that single place where all of your interior design needs could be met.
In addition to their 35 years of experience in Interior Design, they also have over 10 years experience in Conservation Custom Framing Design and Window Treatments. They have put their years of experience to work for you, to create a single place where you can come and know you will get expert care and service for all of your needs.
